Develop and implement Human Capital Business Partner Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies system, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Analyse Human Capital data and metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent employee experience and alignment with the company's values and culture
Requirement :
Preferably Senior Manager specialized in HCBP in Food & Beverages Company
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or master's Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or Equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in a strategic Human Capital leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex, or matrixed organization
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels
Hands-on experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing HR teams
