What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple retail sites within your assigned region, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service and operational excellence
Lead and develop a team of Operation, providing coaching, training and support to drive continuous improvement
Analyse site-level performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability
Ensure seamless integration and alignment across the business
Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and execute the regional expansion plan, identifying new site opportunities and contributing to the decision-making process
Champion a positive, customer-centric culture across your region, fostering team engagement and delivering an exceptional brand experience
What we're looking for
Significant experience (8+ years) in a multi-site Restaurant dining, retail,or hospitality management role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decision-making
Excellent people management and leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
Thorough understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain, customer service and P&L management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, hospitality) is desirable
