Responsible for panning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating all new and existing product development activities and determining product standards and specifications so that targets can be achieved optimally in accordance with the established goals.
Qualifications:
Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Hospitality/Culinary Arts
Minimum 3 years experience in R&D as Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B companies)
Understand product development
Understand HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal Certification
Strong logical and conceptual thinking, good analysis, detail oriented and well organized
Placement in Bandung
