Cheese maksimum yang bisa Anda peroleh. Akun Anda mempunyai maksimum 350 cheese ("Batas Cheese") pada satu waktu. Apabila melakukan pembelian yang memenuhi syarat menyebabkan Anda melebihi Batas cheese, Anda tidak akan mendapatkan cheese di atas Batas Cheese.

Menukarkan Cheese Anda. Di layanan Online Richeese Factory, Anda hanya dapat mengumpulkan Cheese dari transaksi yang Anda lakukan di layanan Online Richeese Factory. Untuk penukaran Cheese yang sudah anda dapatkan, bisa ditukarkan dengan berbagai penawaran pada kolom Kupon. Penukaran Cheese yang anda miliki harus menggunakan aplikasi Richeese Factory dengan cara mengubah Cheese Anda menjadi penawaran yang dipilih dari kolom kupon dan hanya dapat di tukarkan pada menu layanan online dengan melakukan minimal pembelian sebesar Rp.50.000 pada menu layanan online Richeese Factory.

Layanan Voucher. Layanan Voucher adalah layanan potongan harga dimana voucher akan berfungsi mengurangi harga pada setiap transaksi pembelian produk Richeese Factory yang akan berpengaruh pada sub-total pembayaran sebelum pajak. layanan online Richeese Factory memiliki fitur voucher online dimana voucher online ini adalah berupa kode unik yang terdapat pada setiap voucher fisik. Voucher Service. Voucher service is a discount service where the voucher will function to reduce the price for each Richeese Factory product purchase transaction which will affect the sub-total payment before tax. Richeese Factory online services have an online voucher feature where this online voucher is a unique code found on each physical voucher. The benefits of voucher services can be applied by writing a unique code in the voucher column in the checkout menu before making a payment transaction on the Richeese Factory online service.

Rewards Menu. Redeemable Products and how much Cheese is required for each redeemable Product is found in the Rewards Menu in the Richeese Factory online service.

Cheese Expiry. Cheese will be valid for 1 (one) calendar year from the time it is obtained.
